The 2025 Shenyang Blower Reciprocating Compressor Operation and Maintenance Technology Training Course successfully concluded

From June 30th to July 4th, 2025, Shenyang Blower Group Reciprocating Compressor Company, in collaboration with Shenyang Gas Compressor Research Institute, held a technical training course on the operation and maintenance of Shenyang Blower Reciprocating compressors in Shenyang. The event invited several experienced experts to provide professional and systematic training for on-site inspection and maintenance managers, equipment operation technicians, and operators of reciprocating compressor units and spare parts users Provide technical training and exchange guidance to solve on-site technical transformation and spare parts replacement and usage issues of the units.

The training was planned and organized by the editorial Department of "Compressor Technology", with the support and co-organization of Shenyang Zhenke Instrument Co., LTD. This course is divided into two major themes: theoretical study and field trip study. The field trip content includes organizing trainees to visit the production and test base of Shenyang Blower Group Reciprocating Machine Co., LTD. Led by the company's production department leaders, they will visit the processing area, assembly area, test bench area, and three-dimensional storage area, and at the same time explain the processing, manufacturing, installation, and test run processes of the main components of the compressor. During the same period, the trainees were organized to visit the production and testing plant of Shenyang Zhenke Instrument Co., LTD. On-site explanations were given on the processing and trial production of instruments and meters, as well as the technical features related to instrument inspection, and a discussion and exchange were held.


The trainees of this training come from the leaders and business backbone of nine units. Through various actual cases of accidents and faults in recent years and the problems that occurred during the use of compressors at their respective sites, they engaged in a lively and in-depth discussion. The entire training was full of valuable content. The trainees were fully concentrated. The teachers not only answered all the questions raised by the trainees but also opened up new ideas for their on-site management and operation. Many trainees from various units expressed that they would summarize the content of this training and then return to their respective units to organize separate employee training sessions to share their experiences after the training.
