The super-large air separation unit compressor unit developed and manufactured by Shengu, as the core power equipment of the ultra-large air separation unit, is mainly applied in the methanol project of the Inner Mongolia Baofeng Green Hydrogen and Coal Chemical Coupling Carbon Reduction Innovation Demonstration Project. It is an indispensable key core equipment of the entire large-scale air separation system. Six sets of units form the largest domestic air separation cluster that is fully domestically produced. This unit is overall divided into an air compressor, a booster, drive equipment and various auxiliary systems. It mainly undertakes core processes such as air intake, multi-stage compression and pressurized transportation, providing sufficient and stable-pressure process compressed air for the entire air separation unit. It is the basic guarantee equipment for the air separation system to achieve air separation and prepare industrial gases. The air compressor adopts the SACC "6+1" axial flow + centrifugal structure: composed of 6 stages of axial flow blades and 1 stage of centrifugal impeller, with axial intake and radial exhaust, and is equipped with primary inter-stage cooling. The booster adopts the SVK63-6H assembled structure, consisting of 6 stages of impellers and equipped with 4 stages of inter-stage cooling. Key indicators such as efficiency, vibration and energy consumption have reached the international advanced level, and some indicators are even better than imported products.
Since being put into commercial operation, the six sets of compressor units have been in continuous and uninterrupted operation for a long time, and have performed well in on-site use. The unit starts and stops smoothly, and the adjustment is flexible. The automatic control system responds quickly, which can meet the high-load and long-cycle production requirements of coal chemical projects. The overall energy consumption control of the unit is excellent. The actual operating energy consumption is lower than the design value, and the vibration and temperature rise indicators have remained stable in the excellent range for a long time. At the same time, the unit has good compatibility with Hangzhou Oxygen's air separation system. The oxygen production capacity of the entire set of equipment is stably maintained at 110,000 nm ³/h of the rated load fully meeting the gas demand of the methanol project and downstream production facilities.
