Copyright Notice of "Compressor Technology

The authors of the articles in this journal voluntarily and permanently transfer all Copyrights of their written papers (including but not limited to the rights of reproduction, distribution, information network dissemination, translation, compilation, and all other personal and property rights as stipulated by the Copyright Law) to the editorial department of "Compressor Technology" worldwide, and this transfer is an irrevocable one.


1. The author guarantees that this article is an original work, without any act of plagiarism, piracy or other infringement of others' intellectual property rights, and without any copyright disputes. The author group holds complete and independent copyright over this article. The content of this article does not involve state secrets, business secrets or other information that is not suitable for public disclosure, and does not violate national laws and regulations, industry norms or public order and good customs. If any copyright disputes or infringement liabilities arise due to the author's reasons, the author shall bear full responsibility and it has nothing to do with the editorial department. If any losses are caused to the editorial department, the author shall make full compensation.


After the copyright transfer, the editorial department will have the exclusive rights to publish, distribute and disseminate this article. It may use this article for publication, reprinting, compilation and promotion in both the print and electronic versions of the journal (including but not limited to the journal's official website, database, mobile terminals, etc.) without obtaining the author's consent or paying additional remuneration to the author.


3. The author reserves the following rights: The author has the right to reasonably quote the content of this article in personal research results, academic papers, and personal resumes (it is necessary to indicate that this article was published in "Compressor Technology" and the year, volume, issue, and page number of the publication). The author has the right to non-commercially reproduce and preserve the original manuscript and the published version of this article for personal study, teaching and scientific research exchanges, and shall not use it for any commercial purposes.


4. After the publication of this article, the editorial department reserves the right to make necessary textual modifications and editing processes to the article in accordance with the journal's publishing norms and typesetting requirements (without altering the core viewpoints, academic content and data authenticity of the original text), and the author should cooperate.


5. If this article is the result of a fund project, the author must indicate the name and number of the fund project in the paper. The transfer of copyright does not affect the performance of the relevant agreements of the fund project. If this article involves multiple authors, all authors agree to all the terms of this copyright notice and jointly assume the rights and obligations related to the copyright of this article. The order of authorship has been agreed upon by all authors and cannot be changed at will once determined.


6. This copyright notice shall come into effect upon the author's signature (or online confirmation) and remain valid permanently. Matters not covered herein shall be governed by the "Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China" and relevant laws and regulations. If disputes arise between the two parties regarding copyright-related matters, they shall be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, the matter shall be submitted to the arbitration commission where the journal is located for arbitration or a lawsuit shall be filed with the people's court.
