In order to uphold the mission of the media and adhere to the ethics of news and publishing, this journal has formulated this ethical statement in accordance with the academic publishing norms and the definition of academic misconduct issued by the National Press and Publication Administration, as well as relevant laws and regulations. This statement applies to all personnel involved in the publication process of this journal, including editors, authors, reviewers and the publishing institution.

First, adhere to the correct orientation and fulfill media responsibilities

This journal has always adhered to the correct political direction and public opinion guidance, voluntarily supported national laws and regulations, science and technology policies and guidelines, and resolutely implemented the national strategy for scientific and technological innovation. All published content is centered on disseminating cutting-edge scientific and technological achievements and serving scientific researchers. It strictly prohibits the spread of false scientific research information, pseudoscience, extreme remarks, and content that endangers national security and ethnic unity. It adheres to the social responsibility and mission of science and technology media professionals and contributes to the construction of a scientific and technological innovation ecosystem.

Second, adhere to professional integrity and uphold objectivity and fairness

1. The editing work adheres to the concept of "truthfulness, accuracy, objectivity and rigor". All manuscripts must undergo strict review and are not subject to any improper interference from commercial interests, political positions or third parties. We adhere to the principle of combining "responsibility for the content" with "editorial review".

2. Staff members must not take advantage of their positions to interfere in the review of manuscripts, accept any property, banquets or other improper benefits from authors or partners, or influence the review and publication of manuscripts due to personal biases or private interests. They should always maintain academic neutrality, respect the laws of scientific research and academic freedom.

3. Once any errors are found in the published content, the correction and retraction procedures will be initiated immediately to safeguard readers' right to know and trust, and to uphold academic credibility.

Iii. Respect copyright rights and standardize the use of achievements

Strictly abide by the Copyright Law and relevant laws and regulations, respect the author's copyright, right of authorship, right of modification, right to protect the integrity of the work and other legitimate rights and interests, and clearly indicate the author's name for all original manuscripts. And it has not been published in the same form in any other publicly available publications (including online platforms).

2. When authors quote others' viewpoints, words, images or data, they must obtain authorization (if applicable) and indicate the source in a standardized format. For manuscripts that infringe upon others' intellectual property rights, once verified, this journal will immediately withdraw the manuscript and will not accept submissions from the author for three years.

3. Properly keep the author's original materials such as manuscripts, pictures, audio and video. Do not disclose, misappropriate or tamper with them without authorization. Without the author's consent, do not submit the manuscripts to other media or use them for commercial purposes.

4. Actively maintain an original environment, show zero tolerance for plagiarism, piracy and other infringement behaviors. Once discovered, immediately remove the relevant content and cooperate with the copyright holders to protect their rights in accordance with the law.

Fourth, adhere to professional ethics and eliminate any violations

During the editing process, we strictly implement the three-review and three-proofreading system, strictly control the quality of the content, eliminate typos, grammatical errors, factual errors and other problems, and ensure the professionalism and rigor of the published content. The core viewpoints of the manuscript must not be modified or the author's intentions distorted without authorization. If modification is necessary, communication and confirmation with the author are required.

2. Respect the research achievements and creative intentions of scientific researchers, protect the personal information of authors and review experts as well as unpublished research achievements. Without consent, no relevant information shall be disclosed. For sensitive scientific and technological topics and controversial research achievements, we should adhere to objective reporting and rational interpretation, without exaggerating the value of the achievements or inciting academic disputes.

V. Accept social supervision and strengthen self-discipline

This magazine society voluntarily accepts the supervision of the industry's competent authorities, news and publishing institutions, readers and all sectors of society.
